About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee our ongoing Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) project in Surat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, including water supply, sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, and RCC-related works.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the CETP site.</li><li>Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for accurate execution.</li><li>Plan, allocate, and monitor resources (manpower, materials, machinery).</li><li>Ensure project progress within time, quality, and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.</li><li>Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with project standards.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.</li><li>Maintain site safety and environmental compliance at all times.</li><li>Support commissioning, handover, and documentation processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).</li><li>7&ndash;8 years of proven experience in infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong exposure to water supply, sewerage, STP, WTP, CETP, and RCC projects.</li><li>Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely completion.</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
