HR Executive (Female) &ndash; Job DescriptionLocation: Vyttila, Kochi Experience: Minimum 1 year Salary Range: &#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;20,000 per monthRole Overview The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee management, recruitment and onboarding, and compliance with Indian labour laws. The role requires a people-centric professional who can work closely with management and staff to maintain a positive and compliant workplace.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.</li><li>Handle onboarding and induction for new employees and ensure smooth integration into the organization.</li><li>Support payroll inputs by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data to the finance team.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and HR policies; assist in statutory compliance documentation.</li><li>Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.</li><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, trainings, and HR initiatives.</li><li>Prepare periodic HR reports and share insights with management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Graduate degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Profile<ul><li>Female candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Vyttila, Kochi.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
