Role Overview:As a Sales Executive (Showroom) for Baking &amp; Pastry Supplies, you will be the face of Greens, assisting customers in selecting the right baking tools, equipment, and ingredients. Your baking knowledge will help you understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and provide expert guidance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering expert advice on baking tools, equipment, and ingredients.</li><li>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their baking needs.</li><li>Handle customer queries, provide product demonstrations, and offer troubleshooting guidance.</li><li>Manage sales transactions, process payments, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.</li><li>Maintain showroom displays, ensuring products are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.</li><li>Stay updated on new baking trends, products, and techniques to educate customers effectively.</li><li>Address customer complaints professionally and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with the inventory team to track stock levels and request product replenishments.</li><li>Support showroom promotional activities, events, and product launches.</li><li>Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Prior experience in baking, pastry-making, or working with baking supplies is preferred.</li><li>Sales experience in retail, showroom, or food-related industries is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.</li><li>Passion for baking and knowledge of baking tools, ingredients, and techniques.</li><li>Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and recommend appropriate solutions.</li><li>Basic computer skills to manage billing and sales records.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current visa status? <ul><li>Identifying potential customers or leads through market research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.</li><li>Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Understanding client needs and requirements and providing appropriate product or service solutions.</li><li>Addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Conducting product or service presentations to prospective clients.</li><li>Demonstrating the products usage and its benefits.</li><li>Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.</li><li>Collaborating with the sales team and management to set sales goals and action plans.</li><li>Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as preparing quotes, invoices, and contracts.</li><li>Gathering feedback from clients to improve products or services.</li><li>Following up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.</li><li>following up with credit customers regarding the payments and queries.</li><li>Staying well-informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of the products .</li><li>Being able to effectively communicate the product knowledge to potential clients.</li><li>Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management.</li><li>Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets set by the organization.</li><li>Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Must own a personal vehicle to travel to client meetings and for sales-related activities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you own a personal vehicle to travel to client meetings and for sales-related activities.?</li><li>What is your current visa status?
