We're Hiring | Social Media SpecialistLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE Company: Mais Interior Design Employment Type: Full-timeMais Interior Design is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy creating engaging content, and know how to turn ideas into impactful visuals and videos, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.</li><li>Design high-quality graphics and marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity.</li><li>Capture and edit project photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).</li><li>Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.</li><li>Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to develop effective content strategies.</li><li>Write creative captions and optimize content for maximum engagement.</li><li>Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to showcase completed projects, ongoing work, and company updates.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.</li><li>Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative software.</li><li>Excellent video editing and graphic design skills.</li><li>Experience managing business social media accounts.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital marketing.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Experience in the Interior Design, Fit-Out, Architecture, or Construction industry is highly preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional growth and career development.</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious interior design and fit-out projects across the UAE.</li></ul>Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi (Abu Dhabi)
