Job TitleJoinery Operations &amp; Technical Manager &ndash; Luxury &amp; Mass ProductionLocation: UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time⸻Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Joinery Factory Manager to lead a new joinery factory handling luxury bespoke joinery, loose furniture, and mass production for residential, hospitality, commercial, and government projects across the UAE.This role requires a hands-on factory leader with strong technical, commercial, and business development exposure in the UAE market.⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day factory operations, production planning, and delivery schedules</li><li>Oversee luxury bespoke joinery, loose furniture, and mass production works</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, samples, and specifications</li><li>Control quality, productivity, and factory costs</li><li>Support tender pricing, cost estimation, and value engineering</li><li>Participate in technical and commercial discussions during tender and execution stages</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, site teams, and logistics</li><li>Lead, assign, and manage factory supervisors and production staff</li></ul>⸻Business Development Contribution<ul><li>Support management in securing new joinery and fit-out projects</li><li>Build relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, and designers</li><li>Assist in prequalification, technical presentations, and factory capability meetings</li><li>Provide technical input during early-stage pricing and design discussions</li><li>Support competitive pricing strategies to improve bid success</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>15+ years experience in joinery / fit-out works</li><li>5+ years in a senior role as Factory Manager or Operations Manager</li><li>Strong experience in:</li><li>Luxury bespoke joinery &amp; loose furniture</li><li>Mass production joinery</li><li>UAE or GCC experience is mandatory</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, CNC machines, and production workflows</li><li>Experience in pricing, tendering, and value engineering</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills</li><li>Commercially aware and client-facing</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>⸻Education<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Wood Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design</li></ul>(Strong technical joinery background required)Job Type: Full-timePay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
