Job Description:We are looking for a qualified Fit-Out Engineer / Foreman with a strong background in interior execution and site supervision. The ideal candidate must have experience handling VIP villa projects and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes within the required time frame.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute and supervise all fit-out works on site.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure high-quality standards in all finishing and detailing work.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor project progress and report to management.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Fit-Out works (execution &amp; supervision).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in VIP villas and high-end projects is a must.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and site management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li></ul><ul><li>UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li></ul><ul><li>Career growth opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>A chance to work on prestigious projects with a leading interior design company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
