<ul><li>Provide architectural leadership and technical oversight for the AWS-based Data Lakehouse platform, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and cost optimization.</li></ul>

The Legal Administrator will assist with managing activities related to Greenway&rsquo;s contracts, policies, privacy program and related items. The candidate will also assist with other legal projects that may be occasionally required, including assistance with policy management, vendor contracts, and focus arrangements/corporate integrity agreement compliance. This position utilizes a high level of independent judgment, use of industry best practices, coordination with other departments and programs, and follow-through. This role requires the ability to multi-task with competing and changing priorities, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
</p><p>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p>

<li>Maintain, organize, and update the Legal Department's record keeping system</li>
<li>Manage the legal request SalesForce ticketing system by assigning and tracking legal tickets</li>
<li>Handle administration of contracts, including maintenance of templates in coordination with the attorneys and use of the contract management system (currently SpotDraft and SalesForce.</li>
<li>Assist with migration of legal ticketing intake system</li>
<li>Assist with managing privacy matters and systems</li>
 <li>Responsible for overseeing Legal Department policies and procedures</li>
<li>Respond to basic inquiries regarding contract obligations</li>
<li>Requires thorough understanding of legal contract structures and basic understanding of legal contract terms</li>
<li>Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside parties and assists in responding to internal requests for assistance made to the Legal Department</li>
