What You&rsquo;ll Do As A District Service Manager:<ul><li>
Manage valet service operations at assigned locations</li><li>
This position may require a split shift schedule which includes hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening depending on needs and/or performance of your team. Time will be split between your working from home and in the field / community properties</li><li>
Build and maintain positive relationships with Greenway Waste customers and employees</li><li>
Maintain open communication with management and employees</li><li>
Fuel and maintain vehicles</li><li>
Schedule valet porters and fill-in as necessary</li><li>
Assemble, deliver, label and maintain trash receptacles</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and reports</li><li>
Deliver violations, conduct trainings and progressive discipline</li><li>
Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite</li><li>
Lead effective teams and hold others accountable</li></ul>
Requirements:

What We Require Of A District Service Manager:<ul><li>
Reliable transportation (with allowance) if not provided a vehicle</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li><li>
A smart phone</li><li>
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Must be willing to submit a background check</li><li>
Greenway is a drug free workplace</li><li>
Have and maintain a clean driving record</li><li>
Flexibility to adjust work schedule and/or be on call during irregular business hours</li><li>
High school diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel</li><li>
Customer service, and prior people management experience</li><li>
Willigness to travel if required</li></ul>
