Do you enjoy diagnosing tough mechanical problems at 2 a.m.? Can you move from a P&amp;ID to a calibrated sensor without missing a step? We&rsquo;re searching for an experienced reliability-focused mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated industrial equipment.</p>

<ul><li><b>Third Shift: 10:30pm &ndash; 6:30am</b></li>
<li><b>Must be able to train on first shift.</b></li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>How you&rsquo;ll make an impact</b></h3>
<ul><li>Own preventive maintenance&mdash;execute PM procedures, clean and lubricate systems, check fluids, tighten, align, and adjust.</li>
<li>Calibrate sensors and gauges so equipment runs within spec.</li>
<li>Assess equipment health via diagnostics; use data and tools to zero in on root causes.</li>
<li>Plan and carry out minor to moderate repairs; identify required parts, materials, and tools.</li>
<li>Document all activities thoroughly&mdash;parts consumed, work performed, and follow-up actions.</li>
<li>Recommend future adjustments or repairs to increase uptime.</li>
<li>Support equipment projects: install, modify, and relocate machinery as needed.</li>
<li>Work from technical documentation&mdash;manuals, blueprints, schematics, and P&amp;IDs.</li>
<li>Inspect and maintain shop tools/equipment; keep them safe and ready.</li>
<li>Manage consumables: inventory, reorder, receive, and verify common items.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on persistent issues and contribute to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Complete required paperwork: work orders, parts requests, PM and runtime inspections, downtime logs, RCA reports.</li>
<li>Collaborate across experience levels&mdash;take direction from senior mechanics and assist junior teammates.</li>
<li>Champion safety, following all company procedures and practices.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h3>
<ul><li>High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2&ndash;4 years of industrial maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Comfort selecting and operating hand, power, and diagnostic tools.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of automated machinery plus electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and work orders.</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and clear communication (written and verbal).</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency disassembling, troubleshooting, and reassembling manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office competency and familiarity with relevant software.</li>

033628 Plant Project Engineer - Paper Mill (Open)<div></div><div>
Job Description:</div><div>
Job Summary: Leads and manages the capital budget within the mill. Utilizes lean manufacturing and project management skills to build and track project scope, tasks, resource requirements, budget, and schedule to ensure safety, regulatory, and policy requirements are met. The position requires 10+ years of project experience, preferably mechanical engineering background.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Responsible for multiple concurrent projects and providing technical guidance on the projects</li><li>
Functional expert managing the design, development, acquisition, installation, maintenance, repair and overhauling for equipment and tooling.</li><li>
Conducts project review meetings, evaluates project feasibility and develops project proposals and coordinates approved projects. Develops and tracks project scope, tasks, resources, budgets and schedules. Prepares project status reports for senior management.</li><li>
Ensures standardization of training, equipment and tooling, maintenance, and capital investment. Assists with the development of training material and conducts training when appropriate.</li><li>
Continually evaluates engineering requirements, current procedures, and equipment and recommends changes and modifications to ensure optimal efficiency, safety and longevity.</li><li>
Develops and manages equipment suppliers and third party engineering relationships. Directs engineering activities of third party engineering resources for facilities, equipment and tooling, including design, build, installation and servicing.</li><li>
Stays current on engineering trends in developing technologies and practices.</li><li>
Incorporates safety measures are within design specifications, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting safety practices and habits, etc.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Education and Experience</div><ul><li>
Possesses Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) and 10+ years of Project Management experience.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Knowledge and Skills</div><ul><li>
Possesses thorough knowledge of engineering and its application, including industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, manufacturing processes, chemical concepts, and lean manufacturing concepts.</li><li>
Experienced in mentoring junior engineers</li><li>
Possesses excellent interpersonal, communications, computer, planning, and project management skills.</li><li>
Strong technical acumen and understanding of financial concepts (cost analysis, budgets).</li><li>
Adept at prioritizing competing demands.</li><li>
Proficiency in relevant Engineering software (e.g. CAD).</li><li>
PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification desired.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Compensation Range:</div><div></div>
The pay range for this position is $108,900.00 - $185,500.00. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $135,000.00 to $150,000.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.<div></div><div>

At our Steel Drum plant in Sadat City, around 50 colleagues produce steel drums for our customers in a variety of industries. We are seeking a Production Engineer for flexible shifts to lead our team to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards. This role is onsite at our plant in Sadat City, the ideal candidate will be based close to our plant for easy commuting.</div><div></div><div>

Analyze, plan and control routine production schedules.</li><li>
Ensure a controlled flow of approved materials according to material requirement analytics.</li><li>
Based on analysis, estimate and schedule the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for basic routine production processes.</li><li>
Research and evaluate changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance organization's production capabilities.</li><li>
Ensure optimization for manufacturing products at a site level.</li><li>
