Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance / Data Entry specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and verifying data for DROS (Dealer Record of Sale), A&amp;D books, and information verification. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will ensure the integrity of our data processes, supporting compliance standards and operational efficiency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are valued.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter, update, and maintain data within multiple databases and ERP systems with accuracy and speed</li><li>Verify data entries for completeness, correctness, and compliance with state, federal and company policies</li><li>Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records</li><li>Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring consistency and reliability</li><li>Use advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, to create pivot tables, spreadsheets, and reports that support operational analysis</li><li>Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions</li><li>Conduct routine clerical tasks such as filing, transcribing information, and basic math calculations to support administrative functions</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven clerical or administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment</li><li>Familiarity with databases, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)</li><li>Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience in transcription is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Basic math skills for data verification and calculations</li><li>Prior experience in data entry or office support roles, Especially firearm business preferred but not required</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining high standards of compliance through precise data management.
