 About the Role
 
 
 GreyB is looking for a user-obsessed, analytical, and systems-driven Junior Product Manager to support the development and growth of our products. You will work closely with the product manager and cross-functional teams to ensure our products solve real user needs with clarity, rigor, and speed.
 
 
 This is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys switching between strategic and hands-on work, and loves translating complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 User &amp; Market Understanding
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deeply understand user needs, pain points, and workflows; bring a user-first lens to every decision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in user interviews, synthesize insights, and feed them into product decisions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Analysis &amp; Problem Solving
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform data analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Break ambiguous problems into structured, multi-disciplinary solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration

 <li>
 Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine product messaging, value propositions, and positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with engineering and design to clarify requirements, and ensure smooth execution.
 </li>

 Product Execution &amp; Roadmapping

 Help evaluate new feature requests and map them against user needs and product goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring data, user insight, and structured thinking into why we build what we build.
 </li>

 You care deeply about users and think in terms of their goals, not feature checklists.

 <li>
 You communicate clearly, whether you're writing a report, summarizing an insight, or collaborating with sales.

 You&rsquo;re analytical and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to make sense of data.
 </li>

 You enjoy fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly, switching between analysis, research, writing, and coordination.

 You have a multidisciplinary approach to solving problems: combining product thinking, business understanding, and technical awareness.

 Nice-to-Have (Optional)

 Basic SQL knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior product management exposure (internship or ~1 year).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data visualization tools.
 </li>

 Experience with user research or UX thinking.
 </li>
