<div>Position Title: Pricing Manager
Location: Fenton, MO
Department: Sales &amp; Marketing
Position reports to: Sr. Director of Marketing and Business Planning
Primary purpose and function of position:
Ensure all products are set up and priced strategically to maximize profitability, remain competitive in the market, and in alignment with overall business objectives
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Optimize revenue and profitability</li><li>
Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution, profitability and provide recommendations to management</li><li>
Responsible for setting up all new items in VIP/RAS</li><li>
Oversee price reporting system (new items, UPC&rsquo;s, frontline prices, monthly promotional frequency, duration, etc)
</li><li>Maintain and communicate monthly pricing internally and externally</li><li>
Monitor supplier costs and facilitate adjustments accordingly</li><li>
Maintain and analyze VIPR promotion price reporting via BudNet.
</li><li>Fill out monthly pricing contracts and new items forms for chains</li><li>
Track and log weekly ad activity from grocery chains and complete market price surveys</li><li>
Conduct Margin Analysis, Breakeven Analysis, and Price Point analysis as needed</li><li>
Perform all new package communication along with all discontinued brands, packages, etc.</li><li>
Comply with all Wholesaler Equity Agreement requirements, Grey Eagle and supplier standards and policies</li><li>
Adhere to all Federal, State and Local liquor regulations</li><li>
Performs related duties and responsibilities as required</li></ul><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</li><li>
Excellent computer skills required including advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</li><li>
Experience with VIP (Vermont Information Processing) a plus</li><li>
Prior pricing, budgeting and/or inventory experience a plus</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills, including ability to utilize and integrate data from various sources, accurately interpret data and appropriately apply findings to business issues.</li><li>
Excellent customer service &amp; problem solving skills</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong verbal and written communication
</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Pricing Manager

<div>Position Title: Brand Manager &ndash; Craft and Import
Department: Sales &amp; Marketing
Position reports to: Director of Marketing &amp; Brand Development
Primary purpose and function of position: This employee will have responsibility for growing/developing our high-end, craft and import brands through working relationships with suppliers and being the champion for these brands with the Grey Eagle Sales Team and retailers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Primary point of contact with suppliers for day-to-day activity including inventory management, brand plans and sales objectives, marketing activities, and sales incentives</li><li>
Work directly with the Sales Team, enhancing their understanding of the brands, establishing company- wide objectives, and sharing information and resources to help the Sales Team achieve their goals</li><li>
Grow distribution through targeted focus on potential high-end accounts and non-buys</li><li>
Maintain secondary call frequency on assigned key high end/craft/import beer accounts to include developing and planning promotional activities, book and execute sampling events, gain taps, build displays, place POCM and sell in additional shelf space</li><li>
Plan, coordinate and implement the local execution of supplier marketing programs in key high end/craft/import beer accounts and special marketing events</li><li>
Execute evening and weekend promotions as necessary</li><li>
Perform all necessary administrative duties relevant to position (i.e. tracking reports, promotional recaps, expense reports, etc.)</li><li>
Establish and monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss)</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, suppliers and Grey Eagle standards and policies</li><li>
Comply with all Wholesaler Equity Agreement requirements, Grey Eagle and supplier standards and policies</li><li>
Adhere to all Federal, State and Local liquor regulations</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; High school diploma or GED certificate required</li><li>
Advanced selling skills (5+ years of selling experience preferred)</li><li>
Cicerone certification or similar training a plus</li><li>
Strong knowledge base/training in specialty brands</li><li>
Highly self-motivated and results oriented; must have an entrepreneurial approach to business with a positive attitude</li><li>
Project a friendly, courteous and professional image</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>
Excellent customer orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>
Ability to safely operate job related equipment</li><li>
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling</li><li>
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus pounds</li><li>
Regular and reliable attendance required</li><li>
Valid driver license and safe driving record</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed</li><li>
