Position: Fit-Out Site Engineer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Commercial &amp; Residential Fit-OutOverview: We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Engineer to manage commercial and residential sites, with strong knowledge in execution on site, HVAC, FACP, electrical, plumbing, and the ability to prepare and review MEP drawings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings.</li><li>Prepare and review MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FACP).</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.</li><li>Monitor installation quality for all MEP and fit-out works.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.</li><li>Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance and manage snag-free handover.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience in commercial &amp; residential fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong command of MEP and architectural drawings.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and FACP systems.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#65020;4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you previously worked on residential and commercial fitouts ? </li><li>do you have knowledge about mep drawings ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>fitout: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent english, hindi, Arabic is plus (Preferred)</li><li>English, Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>
