Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing marketing campaigns, generating sales leads, and creating content that drives engagement and conversions. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B/B2C marketing and sales enablement in a fast-paced business environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in creating and executing email campaigns and sales collaterals</li><li>Support lead generation activities through market research and database creation</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly</li><li>Assist in organizing webinars, events, and promotional campaigns</li><li>Prepare analytics reports on marketing and sales performance</li><li>Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and campaign data</li><li>Draft content for landing pages, newsletters, and promotional materials</li><li>Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends</li></ul>Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)Basic knowledge of CRM and email marketing is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environmentWhat You'll Gain: Real-world experience in sales-focused marketing activitiesExposure to tools and techniques used by high-performing sales and marketing teamsOpportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to business growthChance of a full-time job offer based on your performance and learning curveStipend: Rs.5000 per monthJob Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Up to &#8377;5,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
