We automate the end-to-end sales and channel incentive process, typically for large companies with 2,000+ member strong frontline and channel sales teams.Specifically, we keep our clients' brands and sales top of mind for the sales and channel sales reps via:<ul><li>Automating the admin hassle of executing and calculating sales incentives Our sophisticated, real-time engine ingests and transforms the data and calculates incentives in real time</li><li>Gamifying and motivating front line and channel sales teams</li><li>Providing visibility to the regional sales leadership</li><li>Driving zero leakages and zero fraud in incentive payouts</li></ul>About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products. You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end testing of applications and modules, identifying defects, and ensuring that issues are accurately tracked and resolved using defect management tools. A key part of the role involves maintaining well-structured documentation, including test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and status updates.Responsibilities : <ul><li>Assist development team with possible test case scenarios in advance (before the development begins)</li><li>Carry out end-to-end testing of the product/modules</li><li>Maintain structured documentation of the test scenarios, test cases, execution reports</li><li>Carry out cross browser and cross platform testing as and when required by the product</li><li>Effectively maintain bugs in defect tracking tools like Bugzilla, Redmine, etc.</li><li>Take part in business requirements gathering and analysis</li><li>Prepare structure status reports as required by the product</li></ul>Skills : <ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing</li><li>Well versed in the studying of Business Requirements</li><li>Experience in identifying scenarios, preparation of Test Cases</li><li>Knowledge of Execution of Test cases</li><li>Understand the nuances of Cross Browser Design Testing</li><li>Understanding of UI and UX</li><li>Core Competencies in System Testing</li><li>Exposure to Regression Testing &amp; Automation Testing is a plus</li><li>Hands on experience with Bugs tracking tool would be a plus</li><li>Good Documentation and articulation skills</li><li>Good Listening and interpretation skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;450,000.00 - &#8377;550,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sewri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>The budget for this role ranges between 4.5 LPA to 5.2 LPA.
