 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in development-led construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with developers, managing multidisciplinary design teams, supporting procurement processes, coordinating with subcontractors, overseeing QA/QC standards, and driving value engineering efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 Project Management &amp; Coordination:
 
 &bull; Lead the day-to-day management of assigned construction and development projects. &bull; Liaise directly with developers and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
 
 &bull; Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
 
 Design Coordination:
 
 &bull; Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of design packages.
 
 &bull; Facilitate design reviews and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on technical and aesthetic goals. &bull; Manage design changes and ensure impacts on cost, schedule, and quality are assessed and approved.
 
 Procurement Assistance:
 
 &bull; Support the procurement team in tender preparation, evaluation, and selection of vendors/subcontractors.
 
 &bull; Assist in preparing scopes of work, contract documents, and procurement schedules.
 
 Subcontractor &amp; Site Management:
 
 &bull; Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and program compliance. &bull; Conduct regular site inspections, review progress, and address issues or delays.
 
 &bull; Ensure all works comply with health &amp; safety, statutory, and environmental standards.
 
 Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC):
 
 &bull; Establish and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
 
 &bull; Review and verify construction quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
 
 &bull; Coordinate inspections and testing with consultants and regulatory bodies.
 
 Value Engineering &amp; Cost Control: &bull; Identify opportunities for cost savings through value engineering without compromising design intent or performance.
 
 &bull; Work closely with quantity surveyors and cost consultants to monitor budget adherence.
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 &bull; Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
 
 &bull; 10+ years of experience in a project management role within a real estate development company.
 
 &bull; Proven experience working with developers and multidisciplinary design teams. &bull; Strong understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and subcontractor management.
