Since its founding in 1983, the company has embraced emerging CNC technology and expanded its capabilities to include CNC machining, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and rapid prototyping solutions. Griffin Industries is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that values loyalty, integrity, and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform in process inspections of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).</li><li>Perform laser scanning of castings using Roamer Arm technology.</li><li>Support manufacturing by providing feedback on quality issues and collaborating on adjustments.</li><li>Maintain accurate inspection documentation.</li><li>Calibration of measurement tools and equipment to maintain accuracy.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum two (2) years experience in CNC machining of castings or quality control in a machine shop environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GD&amp;T and blueprint reading.</li><li>Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data accurately.</li><li>Familiarity with gauge calibration processes.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul>Schedule Options:We offer flexible scheduling to fit your availability (Exact hours can be discussed based on candidate availability.):<ul><li>Weekdays: 1:00 PM &ndash; 9:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li></ul>OR<ul><li>Weekend Shift: Friday &ndash; Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li></ul>Join us at Griffin Industries where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products that meet rigorous standards!
