The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and support to residential staff, collaborate with clinical teams to achieve positive outcomes, and ensure compliance with all licensing and organizational standards. Salary of $57,000 annually</li><li>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversees daily operations of the residential program with an emphasis on safety, engagement, and measurable positive outcomes.</li><li>
Partners with program leadership to design, implement, and enhance programming that meets clinical and developmental needs.</li><li>
Leads, mentors, and trains residential staff to promote professional growth and consistent performance.</li><li>
Collaborates with clinical teams to implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.</li><li>
Monitors client well-being, respond to behavioral or clinical challenges, and support goal achievement</li><li>
Maintains compliance with all licensing, regulatory, organizational, and accreditation standards.</li></ul>
 Qualifications:<ul><li>
 A 4-year college degree in the human services field or a related field is required.</li><li>
3+ years of relevant experience working in a child-care setting is required.</li><li>
3+ years of supervisory experience required.</li><li>
Qualified Medication Administration Personnel Certification (QMAP), or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.</li><li>
CPR/First Aid Certifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.</li><li>
Valid Colorado driver&rsquo;s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record.</li><li>
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment, in accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services regulations for childcare facilities. This screening includes initial and ongoing state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the employee has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted. In addition, employees are required to complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to beginning service to confirm fitness for duty, and annually thereafter.</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years of age.</li></ul>
