As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.Position Overview:We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Engineer to contribute to our growth in the construction chemical materials sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge products to Consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.Location: Industrial Area 18, Sharjah Reporting To: Sales Manager Salary: AED 4,000 -5900 Requirement: Must have own car (fuel allowance provided)Position SummaryThe Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a combination of sales skills and engineering knowledge to promote products, support project requirements, and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities1.Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within assigned territories.</li><li>Promote company products to contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to generate enquiries and follow up on ongoing projects.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li></ul>2. Technical Support<ul><li>Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site guidance.</li><li>Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical submittals and coordinate with the technical department for approvals.</li></ul>3. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, samples, and approvals.</li><li>Maintain a clear understanding of client needs and project timelines.</li></ul>4. Market &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies in the market.</li><li>Share market insights and feedback with management to support strategic planning.</li></ul>5.
