 What You&rsquo;ll Be Selling
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Premium&nbsp;
 
 off-plan residential &amp; investment properties
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Projects from&nbsp;top-tier Dubai developers
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High-volume, high-value inventory
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong investor demand (local &amp; overseas buyers)
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Actively sell&nbsp;
 
 off-plan properties
 
 &nbsp;in Dubai across US, Europe, Canada, Latin America, South East Asia and Australia
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle qualified inbound &amp; outbound investor leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct property presentations, site visits &amp; virtual meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide clients through the full sales process
 </li>
 <li>
 Build long-term relationships with investors
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Who We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in&nbsp;
 
 off-plan real estate sales
 
 &nbsp;(Dubai experience is a big plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong closing skills and objection handling
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working on a&nbsp;
 
 commission-only structure
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to sell to&nbsp;high-net-worth investors
 
 </li>
 </ul>
