This position is ideal for an innovative individual who is passionate about social media, has a knack for storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives to boost brand visibility and user engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring brand consistency and quality.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content that resonates with our audience.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that enhance brand messaging.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics and insights to adjust strategies proactively for improved performance and audience reach.</li><li>Engage with online communities and foster relationships with followers, addressing inquiries and encouraging active participation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with proficiency in using scheduling and analytics tools.</li><li>Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to produce innovative ideas that elevate our social media presence and engagement.</li><li>Excellent writing and communication abilities in English, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.</li><li>A positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.</li><li>Self-motivated and driven, displaying a proactive approach to tasks with a strong sense of ownership.</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Familiarity with the iGaming or cryptocurrency sectors, providing insight into relevant trends and audience interests.</li><li>Experience with content creation tools and graphic design software to enhance visual storytelling.</li><li>Understanding of current social media algorithms and engagement tactics to maximize content reach and effectiveness.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic work environment.</li></ul><h3>Why join us</h3><p>Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant and innovative company that values creativity and collaboration.
