 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
 
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction/contracting industry (residential projects preferred).
 
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software (Revit, SketchUp is a plus).
 
 
 
 &bull; Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality drawings under tight deadlines.
 
 
 
 &bull; Good communication and teamwork skills.
