 Requirements

 - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 - Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 - Strong knowledge of property management practices and leasing processes
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 - Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently
 
 
 </li>

 - Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
