In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy lawns and pastures through targeted treatments, spraying, and equipment operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and machinery, and contribute to the health and beauty of our clients&rsquo; landscapes.Duties<ul><li>Apply liquid fertilization, weed control, pest management, and disease treatments to lawns and pastures using specialized spray equipment</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Conduct site assessments to determine treatment needs based on soil conditions, weather patterns, and plant health</li><li>Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures</li><li>Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations</li><li>Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in lawn care is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of pest control methods</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment effectively</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles required</li><li>Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards</li></ul>Join us at GRO-PRO Horticulture Services, where your hands-on skills will make a real difference!
