The cleaning specialist will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to work full time schedule of 10am-6:30pm.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas, including hallways, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.</li><li>Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and baseboards.</li><li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels).</li><li>Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.</li><li>Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.</li><li>Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary and report inventory levels to supervisor.</li><li>Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.</li><li>Ensure that all areas are free of debris and maintain a tidy, organized work environment.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.</li><li>Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as assigned.</li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:&middot; High school diploma or equivalent&middot; Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred, but not required.&middot; Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.General Requirements:&middot; Ability to follow instructions and work independently.&middot; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.&middot; Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.&middot; Reliability and punctuality are essential.&middot; Excellent time management and organizational skills.&middot; Ability to work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervisionGROB offers a competitive wage as well as an excellent benefit package including vacation, health, prescription, dental, vision, STD, life, 401K, and shift premiums.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $1.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
