Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Planning, scheduling, and supervising the work of drivers</li><li>Completion of all required paperwork and data entry to accurately account for all trips and pay factors</li><li>Work constructively with drivers, customers and outside services to address any performance issues as they arise</li><li>Clearly communicate all details of the shift to all necessary departments ensuring that all pending issues continue to be resolved</li><li>Liaison to customer for any questions, concerns or actions during the shift</li><li>Maintaining the work environment and culture of the terminal at a high level of professionalism;</li><li>Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company policies and DOT regulations</li><li>Support management efforts to satisfy customer needs</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Credentials&middot; 1 year experience in dispatching truck drivers&middot; Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively&middot; Transportation experience a plus&middot; Microsoft knowledge skills&middot; Flexibility with working weekends/nights&middot; Strong work ethic, professionalism and dedication is a MUST- Must Have Permanent Work Authorization in the United StatesAA/EOE/M/F/D/VJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked in Dispatch with TRUCKING prior? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
