Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Inventory Management: Order merchandise from our warehouse or suppliers based on inventory levels and customer demand. Check product levels, expiration dates, and rotate stock. Occasionally, conduct physical inventories.</li><li>
Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout counter, assisting customers with their product selections and processing payments via cash, SNAP, or WIC cards.</li><li>
Stocking &amp; Merchandising: Unpack, stock, and organize shelves, racks, and bins with new merchandise to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.</li><li>
Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness by routinely cleaning counters, shelves, floors, and bathrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.</li><li>
Team Support: Assist the store manager and other team members with any other duties or tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store.</li></ul>

Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Previous retail or store clerk experience is a plus</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)</li><li>
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy</li><li>
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
