 Primary Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Carry out his / her responsibilities in delivering the organization Mission in line under the Leader Sales of the country/Market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage directly regional showroom sales and retail channel activities: showrooms, Self-Picking Areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining a fit for purpose, and correctly sized, organization in the sales channels and sales support functions; identifies capability gaps versus short term plans and medium-term strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leads the management team responsible for the key sales channels: DIY, Kitchen &amp; new sales channels (sets strategic direction and drives execution; ex. channel strategies, trade terms, sales activities calendar, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Define pillars of growth per client, per region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure reach of target (Mission) &amp; corrective / recovery actions if necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead definition of the Client Account Plans with the management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage directly Regional Managers &amp; sales reps on retail channel activities: showrooms, Self-Picking Areas, OTC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate deployment of Display strategy in line with Marketing plans &amp; implement tight follow up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate sales activation / coordination with other sales channels (Projects, DIY, Kitchen) as regards to content, calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define the Field Management plans per clients (KPI&rsquo;s), &amp; proper individual sales activation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the implementation of the Field Management plans with / by the sales force.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full execution by the sales force, with follow up and tight control (KPI&rsquo;s)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a full CRM use &amp; reporting on all sales activities by the sales organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate sales actions with Marketing Department with respect to content &amp; calendar, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate deployment of Display strategy in line with Marketing plans &amp; implement tight follow up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate sales activation / coordination with other sales channels (Projects, DIY, Kitchen) as regards to content, calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a full CRM use &amp; reporting on all sales activities by the sales organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate sales forecasting / planning (implementation of programmed orders,) so as to allow advanced &amp; efficient delivery to forecast in coordination with SCM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, manage and develop a world-class Retail &amp; Wholesale Channel.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Education:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent, MBA (a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Business fluent English &amp; Arabic language is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 8 to 12 years of experience in a B2B business - FMCG.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep &amp; thorough knowledge of the KSA Market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in managing a big team and external relationships other stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coaches, evaluates, develops, inspires people, aligns performance goals with the company targets, provide feedback.
 </li>

 Primary Responsibilities:

 Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of the Country results and leadership of the organization. The role holder will be one of the main actors in strategic planning for this channel development
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs. Carry out his/her responsibilities in delivering his / her Project Channel Sales Mission assigned for the country&rsquo;s Market in line with Corporate Objectives and KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management write and maintain project specifications within Grohe project system. Align regularly with the Line Manager on mid and long-term strategies for the country, and ensure local implementation is in full compliance with corporate guideline
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide high quality information and analysis in support of strategic priorities and initiatives
 </li>

 Identify key channels and targets in region for project business by

 1. Sub Channel A: Hospitality with the Primary Target being Hotel Architects/Designer
 </li>
 <li>
 2. Sub Channel B: Residential with the Primary Target being Architects &amp; Developer

 3. Sub Channel C: Health Care with the Primary Target being Architects and Owner
 </li>
 <li>
 4. Sub Channel D: Commercial with the Primary Target being Architects &amp; Developer
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecast accurate projects sales by month, quarter, and year Maintain professional relationship with designers and architectures in the country
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain data base / records of all key project contacts in region as required and prepare report for senior management
 </li>

 Qualifications and Education:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture, MBA (is a plus )
