You are guaranteed for all of your hours worked here. But, you also have a huge upside with bonus pay. We even offer a weekly tool credit allowance for our technicians to help cover tool costs. This pay plan was designed alongside our current technicians and is technician approved. We are looking for a skilled technician. As a result, this would be a very high end paying job for this position. Finally, on top of our 401k program, we invest in a profit sharing retirement plan for all of our employees as well as a bonus retirement plan for our long-term technicians. We aim to take care of our employees not only while they're working here, but after they're retired as well.
