Gross Electric is a 31 year old company with experience in multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced trim finish carpenter to work at multiple locations within the Queensbury and Lake George area.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, custom panels, and other interior trim</li><li>Follow blueprints, sketches, and detailed design instructions</li><li>Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe job site</li><li>Collaborate with builders, designers, and other trades on-site</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years' experience in trim or finish carpentry</li><li>Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed</li><li>Knowledge of various wood species and finishes</li><li>Valid drivers license is required.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)</li><li>Steady, year-round work with overtime available</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-end custom projects</li><li>A professional, supportive team environment</li><li>Pay is based on experience</li><li>Full benefits are included - 100% company paid Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) matching</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
