 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Legal Counsel
 
 to join our Operations team. If you&rsquo;re excited about tech, love contracts, and are eager to be a trusted advisor in a dynamic company - we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a legal partner to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating: customer agreements and licensing agreements, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs);
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR and leadership with employment-related agreements, including offer letters and employment contracts;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders;
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Sales teams;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support privacy and data protection matters as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience as legal counsel with a strong emphasis on commercial law in the high-tech industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated, hands-on experience with SaaS agreements and licensing models &ndash; a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in startup environments - a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience supporting Sales teams and closing commercial transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 General familiarity with privacy and data protection law &ndash; an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Israeli companies or the Israeli tech ecosystem &ndash; a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a business-minded approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualified to practice law in New York.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Hebrew &ndash; an advantage.
