</ul>A DAY IN THE LIFE:<ul><li>
Shape Our Content Strategy:</li></ul><ul>
<li>Develop our investor education framework and editorial roadmap to help everyday investors understand private credit and our products.</li>
<li>Create clear, differentiated messaging that builds trust and sets us apart.</li>
<li>Own Email Marketing End-to-End:</li></ul><ul>
<li>Design and execute lifecycle email campaigns in HubSpot. From onboarding flows and nurture sequences to promotions and product updates.</li>
<li>Test, analyze, and optimize everything for engagement and conversion.</li>
<li>Create Compelling Content:</li></ul><ul>
<li>Write and oversee educational articles, conversion-focused landing pages, and campaign assets that drive awareness and action.</li>
<li>Partner with design and compliance to keep content both engaging and compliant.</li>
<li>Measure, Learn, Optimize</li></ul><ul>
<li>Track what&rsquo;s working. Open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and organic traffic.</li>
<li>Use insights to refine our strategy and increase ROI.</li>

Requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:<ul>
<li>
5-7 years of strategic content or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in fintech, investing, or financial services.</li>
<li>Proven success owning and scaling content and email strategies from planning to performance reporting.</li>
<li>Deep HubSpot expertise: Campaigns, workflows, automation, segmentation, and analytics.</li>
<li>Strong writing skills! You can explain complex ideas clearly and compellingly.</li>
<li>Hands on SEO and optimization experience using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with an eye for experimentation and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently, prioritizing, and delivering on deadlines.</li>
