The Production Administrative Assistant must enjoy customer service and be able to project an energetic attitude, warm welcome and positive image of Groundworks. This position handles workflow for customer service calls, production and service technician interaction. Support administrative needs of a busy customer service-based industry.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide administrative support for timekeeping</li><li>
Create weekly job packs</li><li>
Create and close purchase orders</li><li>
Ensure office equipment is in working order to include scheduling maintenance</li><li>
Great customer experiences and service is how we built our reputation. You will be the right fit is you believe in serving people and solving problems.</li><li>
Setting and confirming install dates</li><li>
Mailing customer information packets</li><li>
Following up with customers on a variety of issues</li><li>
Updates customer records for accuracy</li><li>
It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Degree/GED</li><li>
1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred</li><li>
Previous call center or customer service preferred</li><li>
Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills</li><li>
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy</li><li>
Excellent computer skills</li><li>
Great oral and verbal communication</li></ul>
Working Conditions<ul><li>
Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.</li></ul><ul><li>

Our Outside Sales Representatives we call Certified Field Inspectors or CFIs are one of the powerhouses of our organization and integral to our business&rsquo; success. CFI's partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections</li><li>
Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business</li><li>
Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options</li><li>
Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals</li><li>
Close sales with customers in the home</li><li>
Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline</li><li>
It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus</li><li>
Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus</li><li>
An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation</li></ul>
