The Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey post installation. They focus on partnering with customers to inspect and service preexisting company installed foundation repair and water management solutions. The Service Technician supports our customers with additional solutions options and needs.

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Execute appointments scheduled with customers</li><li>
Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments</li><li>
Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company</li><li>
Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or to remedy a potential issue through established processes and procedures</li><li>
Perform annual customer maintenance visits, examining work previously completed</li><li>
Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues</li><li>
Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary</li><li>
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when carrying out responsibilities</li><li>
Examine solutions installed by the company and determine potential warranty or non-warranty work</li><li>
Communicate the status of each job (completions and complications) and submit all necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customer as required</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred</li><li>
Proven customer relations experience preferred</li><li>
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience</li><li>
A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required</li></ul><div>

JOB DESCRIPTION 
Service Technician<div><ul><li> 
Attend appointments scheduled by a Customer Care Representative. Appointments are scheduled based</li></ul>
on your availability. 
<ul><li>Travel to a customer&rsquo;s home on a pre-set appointment using a company vehicle.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent Groundworks.</li><li>Recommends additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or remedy a</li></ul>
potential issue, by following the sales process. 
<ul><li>Perform yearly maintenance visits, examining work previously completed.</li><li>Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues.</li><li>Install the additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.</li><li>Adhere to safety/health regulations and procedures when carrying out construction operations.</li><li>Examines work done by the company and determines potential warranty or non-warranty work.</li><li>Communicate the status of each job (completions and complications) and submit all necessary</li></ul>
documentation to the Service Manager.

CFI's partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.

Qualifications<ul><li>
1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus</li><li>
Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus</li><li>
