 Role Objective:
 
 
 
 Responsible for all store operations activities including receiving supplies and equipment, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting store transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of scrap inventory.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer software applications and database management, as well as administrative procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checks all incoming materials for possible damages, scratches or discrepancies and keeps the management adequately informed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures proper storage and release of supplies as requested ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeps an updated inventory and stock records (record the number and the kinds of supplies) of the supplies and equipment in store.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties and repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiates materials request in coordination with project team and in parallel with stock balance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains the store/warehouse and records area in a neat and orderly manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receives, stores, tags and tracks scrap items received from sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Takes necessary measures to ensure that materials are stored in a manner preventing damage or wastage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains healthy relationships with suppliers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

 Minimum high school graduate - university degree from a professional institution is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Good English communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

 Conducts market visits and attends trade shows to expand supplier network and strengthen market awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and recommends new MEP-related products and suppliers for inclusion in the company&rsquo;s vendor list and product catalog.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the purchasing process for key materials and supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve the best value.
 </li>
 <li>

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure adequate supply

 Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, quality, or delivery with suppliers.

 Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

 Sends Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to MEP suppliers and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collects, reviews, and evaluates quotations to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with technical requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares and reviews Local Purchase Orders (LPO) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports project teams by ensuring timely procurement of MEP materials (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting systems, etc.) in line with project schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with site teams and suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or technical specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains strong relationships with suppliers to secure reliable material sourcing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Surveys the market regularly for updated prices and availability of key MEP materials and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with Finance for supplier payments and ensures alignment with contract terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains and updates supplier/subcontractor records, catalogs, and technical brochures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures compliance with procurement policies and accurate data entry in procurement systems.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 People Management

 Supports the training and development of junior procurement staff.
 </li>

 Provides technical guidance on MEP procurement best practices.

 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 6 years of proven experience in procurement
 
 , with strong exposure to
 
 MEP purchasing
 
 in construction and general contracting companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and suppliers in the KSA market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
 </li>
