 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are a rapidly scaling multi-brand global e-commerce &amp; manufacturing group with production and warehouse operations across India and the United States, and customers across North America, Europe and global markets.
 
 
 We are hiring a highly experienced Head of Global Supply Chain &amp; Logistics to lead our international logistics, procurement, import&ndash;export compliance, and warehouse optimization initiatives across India, USA and global routes.
 
 
 The ideal leader will bring deep expertise in air &amp; sea freight, FedEx/UPS/DHL contract negotiation, HS code &amp; customs compliance, procurement strategy, and warehouse cost optimization &mdash; with strong commercial acumen and execution capability.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end global logistics across air, sea, courier &amp; freight
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate &amp; manage strategic partnerships with FedEx, UPS, DHL &amp; forwarders
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize India &rarr; US outbound, India &rarr; Global &amp; China/US &rarr; Import lanes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure 100% compliance on HS code classification, duties, valuation &amp; documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee commercial invoices, COO, customs filings &amp; audit readiness
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive procurement excellence, cost optimization &amp; supplier negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead warehouse operations &amp; efficiency improvement across India &amp; US locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Build routing, consolidation &amp; network optimization strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement supply chain dashboards, KPIs &amp; cost governance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 15+ years in global supply chain / logistics leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong exposure to air freight, sea shipping &amp; cross-border trade
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record negotiating large-scale carrier contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of tariffs, duties, HS codes &amp; import/export regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in manufacturing / e-commerce / global trade preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven, analytical and P&amp;L-focused mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership &amp; multi-geography team management capability
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education (Preferred)
 
 
 
 MBA / Engineering / Supply Chain Certifications (CSCP / CPIM)
