Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, coach, and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Ensure effective merchandising, visibility standards, and execution in all retail channels.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present regional sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7+ years of experience in FMCG/retail sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Market knowledge and network within the region (Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, IMTs).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Regional Sales Manager - North

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of assigned IMT accounts (order booking, follow-ups, and stock availability).</li><li>Execute trade marketing plans, promotions, and visibility placements.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with store managers and buying teams.</li><li>Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and merchandising teams for timely execution.</li><li>Track competitor activities and share market insights.</li><li>Ensure compliance with agreements, price listings, and planograms.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business/Marketing.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in sales or key accounts (preferably IMT/MT).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
