The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design and video editing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.* Create, design, and schedule visually appealing posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).* Edit and produce short videos and promotional clips optimized for social platforms.* Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to comments/messages.* Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.* Coordinate with internal teams to align content with campaigns and promotions.* Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements:* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.* Experience in video editing and motion graphics for social media.* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.* Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or corporate sectors is a plus.* Skills in photography and content creation are an advantage.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
