</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly connected and culturally attuned Senior Commercial Manager to lead our growth strategy for one of our LVMH Beauty brands. This critical role will oversee our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) as well as distribution channels, ensuring a seamless and elevated brand experience across all touchpoints. A deep understanding of the Saudi consumer and an established network within the Saudi retail landscape are a must.

</b></h3><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Saudi market.
</li><li>Oversee and optimize both DTC and distribution channels, ensuring a consistent and luxurious brand experience.
</li><li>Cultivate and leverage existing relationships with key retailers in Saudi Arabia, and actively develop new strategic partnerships.
</li><li>Lead and optimize our DTC platforms to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and online sales.
</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats.
</li><li>Manage sales, retail operations, and e-business activities, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales initiatives tailored to the Saudi market.

</b></h3><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>Proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role in Saudi, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
</li><li>Extensive experience operating within the Saudi market, with a deep understanding of the local retail landscape and consumer behavior.
</li><li>Established network of relationships with key retailers and industry stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Strong people leadership and people development agilities.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Hands-on approach to managing sales, retail operations, and e-business.
</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
</li><li>Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
