<div>The position of Machinist, Level I at Aqua-Chem will need to process components for assembly into customized clean water systems for customers domestic and around the world. Aqua-Chem is a team orientated work environment that encourages employee growth and innovation.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (OT may be required on occasional Fridays)
Location: Onsite; Knoxville, TN
Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00/hr, Dependent on Experience

Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Mazatrol Matrix, M32, or Mazak Smooth control use experience is needed.
</li><li>Machine materials into components in accordance with company/customer requirements utilizing a variety of machining equipment.
</li><li>CNC Lathes and Mazak Lathes use.
</li><li>Drill Press, manual lathes, and manual mills use.
</li><li>Program CNC equipment to produce components that meet quality specifications.
</li><li>Operate material handling equipment (forklift/overhead crane) to maneuver parts safely into place, while facilitating and optimizing workflow.
</li><li>Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such as micrometers and/or vernier calipers.
</li><li>Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
</li><li>Machine parts to specifications, using machine tools such as lathes, and milling machines.
</li><li>Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operation needed to fabricate products needed for production.
</li><li>Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
</li><li>Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
</li><li>Comprehend and follow ISO procedures to ensure compliance with standard.
</li><li>Demonstrate ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis projects and Continuous Improvement programs.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
</li></ul>Education/Experience:<ul><li>
At least 1 year fabricating in a manufacturing environment
</li><li>Manual Mill and Lathe experience</li><li>
Programing experience on Mazatrol Matrix or M32 control use, and/or G code, preferred.
</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>
High School Diploma/GED required</li><li>
Basic shop math and measurement skills</li><li>
Basic reading and interpretation of blueprints/drawings</li><li>
Able to work overtime as required</li></ul>

Machinist, Level I

<div>Position Overview
The Electrical Engineer II at Aqua-Chem will be responsible for executing and/or overseeing the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components, for skid-mounted water treatment process equipment and/or field installed wastewater treatment equipment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Knoxville, TN | On-Site
Pay Range: Dependent on Experience | $98,000 - $135,000 Salary

Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Assists in preparing electrical diagrams, panel drawings, electrical installation drawings, and functional diagrams as well as incorporating changes to drawings.</li><li>
Work with and assist technicians, project engineers, project managers, and aftermarket sales with electrical design, calculations, and hardware specification.</li><li>
Provides customer support, verifying that design and installation conform to customer requirements.
</li><li>Provides direction to Electrical Designers to ensure meeting all customer specifications and all applicable electrical design codes, both domestic and international when required, in particular in the design of control and power panels in accordance with UL508A.</li><li>
Attending company meetings and kick-off meetings.
</li><li>Handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the engineering department.</li><li>
Approve drawings/BOMs per established procedures with input from sketches, calculations, specifications, etc.</li><li>
Checking the work of other Engineers, designers, and drafters</li><li>
Training of other Engineers, designers, and drafters</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor</li></ul>
Education/Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university</li><li>
5+ years of experience in related electrical design desirable</li><li>
Experience with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical in the generation of electrical designs</li><li>
Experience with UL508 desirable</li><li>
General knowledge of UL, CE, and IEC standards</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>
Working towards FE/CE certification a plus</li><li>
Ability to solve problems using critical thinking, and scientific and analytical skills</li><li>
Effective interpersonal and communication skills working within teams.</li><li>
Able to work overtime as required</li></ul>
