Cash, Liquidity, and Payment Management:</div><div>
</div><ul><li>Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs</li><li>
Execute and monitor all payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement to vendors through various channels (bank transfers, Checks, etc.)</li><li>
Process and manage foreign supplier payments, including verifying invoices, preparing payment instructions.</li><li>
Oversee the company's petty cash funds across multiple locations, ensuring proper replenishment, reconciliation, and adherence to internal controls</li><li>
Manage All Import documents for Collection ( IDCs)</li></ul><div>
</div><div>Banking, Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing:</div><div>
</div><ul><li>Perform and review the month-end bank reconciliation process for all company accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>
Lead Treasury month-end closing activities, including the preparation and posting of all necessary journal entries (e.g., bank fees, interest income, forex gains/losses)</li></ul><div>

</div><ul><li>Prepare accurate and timely Treasury reports for management, including daily cash position, weekly cash forecast</li><li>
Support the external and internal audit processes by providing all required treasury documentation</li><li>

  To work within Accounts Receivable through customer setup and invoicing/billing, applying payments on customer accounts, credit notes/receipts, communicating with customers &amp; Sale team. Monitor aged accounts receivable and follow up on past due accounts. Support Departments by preparing various ad hoc accounts receivable and sales reports.

  &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor the ageing and client status to ensure credit limit set are aligned with the approved coverage.

  &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review the credit limit given to customers on quarterly basis, notify &amp; declare aged invoice to insurance company

  &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure all Receivable processes are in compliance with the internal audit policy (DOA, Supporting&rsquo;s documents, filling).

  &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain and update tracker sheet for reconciliation.
 </p>
