</div><div>Background &amp; Purpose of the Job:</div><div>
Contribute to the implementation of the cookware marketing strategy within Groupe SEB USA, leveraging deep category expertise, strong product vision, and data-driven strategies. Your efforts will enhance our brands and products, driving profitable and consistent growth in the cookware category. This position is based in Parsippany, NJ, and offers a hybrid work environment.</div><div>
Who You Are &amp; What You&rsquo;ll Do:</div><ul><li><ul><li>Conduct market analyses, define the 4P strategy and build an action plan to meet the ambitions defined for the category.</li></ul></li><li><div>
Co-responsible for an annual budget of USD 176million.</div></li><li><div>
Drive turnover, POS &amp; Net sales, margin, and market share performance for assigned portfolio.</div></li><li><div>
Define and manage the assortment, pricing, promotional and distribution/go-to market strategy in collaboration with the BU, sales, and Business Development teams.</div></li><li><div>
Be responsible for the product's selling story and its implementation on the various activation levers and the provision of various sales support materials.</div></li><li><div>
Define content needs for assigned portfolio clearly, differentiating content for hero products to illustrate trade-up story, and work closely with content/communication teams to drive current and new launches.</div></li><li><div>
Influence sales forecasts for current and new products with sales &amp; demand teams, coordinate stops and launches, and build action plans related to stock shortages/overstocks in conjunction with the supply and sales teams.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to the road to market of new product launches.</div></li><li><div>
Define and implement the category and brand strategy in his/her market based on BU strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Be the product and market expert for his/her category.</div></li><li><div>
Train teams on products and on Stackline to deliver winning products on Amazon.</div></li><div></div><li><div><br>
Identify needs related to category development (product offering, price, content).</div></li></ul><br>

<div><div>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed:</div><div></div><ul><li><div><br>
Minimum 5 years of experience with a master's degree in marketing or communication from a Business School or related faculty, or equivalent experience.</div></li><li><div>
Initial experience in marketing.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to propose solutions and rally support for projects.</div></li><li><div>
Fluent in English.</div></li><li><div>
Highly organized, rigorous, and autonomous.</div></li><li><div>
Results and business-focused with knowledge of distribution.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in IT tools, especially advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><br>
