</div></div><div><div><div>What you'll be doing:

Own and optimize the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including UKG administration, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, integrations, security, and HR systems operations.

Core Responsibilities

HRIS / UKG System Administration
<ul><li>Administer and maintain UKG and related HR systems</li></ul>
<ul><li>Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage system security and user access</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate system updates, releases, and testing</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage integrations and data mapping</li></ul>
<ul><li>Troubleshoot system issues</li></ul>

HRIS Data Management &amp; Governance
<ul><li>Maintain employee data integrity across systems</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor imports, interfaces, and file feeds</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct audits and validations</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage data extraction requests</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee system feeds including wage increase data, 401(k), and HSA files</li></ul>

Reporting &amp; Analytics
<ul><li>Develop and maintain HR and workforce reporting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support executive reporting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide data extracts to Payroll, Finance, and HR</li></ul>

What we are looking for:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years of HRIS or systems administration experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with system integrations and data management</li></ul>
<ul><li>Advanced Excel and reporting skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attention to detail and data accuracy focus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to manage confidential information</li></ul>
