Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to ensure our online presence aligns with our business goals.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.</li><li>Utilize tools such as facebook business suite for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our content.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Manage relationships with influencers and partners.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, graphic design, photography, video editing, and social media management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks and Canva.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is a plus.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.</li><li>Experience in video editing is an asset for creating dynamic content.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
