<li>Shift 1: 3:00 PM &ndash; 11:00 PM
</li><li>Shift 2: 11:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 AM
</li></ul>Job Description: 
We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating operations, communicating with drivers/field staff, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Answer incoming calls and respond to service requests
</li><li>Dispatch drivers or personnel in an efficient and timely manner
</li><li>Monitor schedules and track job progress
</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and records
</li><li>Communicate clearly with team members and customers
</li><li>Handle issues or delays professionally and promptly
</li></ul>Qualifications:
 <ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills
</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Basic computer skills
</li><li>Prior dispatch or customer service experience preferred (not required)
</li><li>Dependable and punctual</li></ul></div>
