Overview We're looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our full-time crew. You'll be an essential part of our field operations &mdash; ascending trees, executing precision cuts, and working safely alongside ground crew. If you love working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have hands-on climbing experience, we want to hear from you.Duties<ul><li>Safely ascend trees using climbing gear, rigging techniques, and bucket trucks to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks.</li><li>Use rigging equipment to carefully lower branches and debris, ensuring safety for yourself and team members.</li><li>Operate bucket trucks and bucket operation equipment to reach high branches efficiently and securely.</li><li>Follow all ANSI A300 pruning standards and company safety protocols</li><li>Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, mulching, and soil aeration to support healthy growth.</li><li>Maintain and inspect climbing equipment before each use</li><li>Communicate clearly with crew leads and clients on job sites</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience</li><li>Proficiency with chainsaw operation &mdash; both aerial and ground-level</li><li>Strong understanding of rigging techniques and tree physics</li><li>Ability to work safely at height in all conditions (heat, wind, rain)</li><li>Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet all day</li><li>Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required)</li><li>Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Climbing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
