Project Manager &ndash; Commercial Interiors ( 7+ years experience as project manager in commercial interiors only)We are looking for a leader who would manage commercial interior projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand project details and requirements. A successful candidate in this position should be able to visualize space in three dimensions, have a good understanding of commercial interiors, office space renovation, and be an effective project manager.Key Responsibilities&#9679; Determine the commercial interior project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labour needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects across locations&#9679; Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements &#9679; Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations&#9679; Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met&#9679; Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies&#9679; Represent the company in all project meetings and establish proper communication with the clients.&#9679; Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.&#9679; Checking of invoices from subcontractors based on the work done at site.&#9679; Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance&#9679; Supervise the work of laborers, material suppliers etc. and guide them when needed&#9679; Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to share with Clients&#9679; Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues till the project handover&#9679; Communicate the status of the projects to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports Desired Profile&#9679; Proven experience of 5+ years as a project manager in commercial office interior projects and office renovation projects&#9679; In-depth understanding of BOQ and building materials and project management principles relevant to commercial office interiors&#9679; A team player with leadership abilities&#9679; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus&#9679; Experience using design or project management software is a bonus&#9679; Proficiency in using MS software applications like Excel, Powerpoint and others&#9679; Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 9871513291
