Job Title Associate Mental Health Therapist (LACSW, LAMFT, or APC)
Compensation: 60% of net collections (cash pay practice); paid biweekly &ndash; Estimated annual earning potential of $80,000 - $90,000
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible schedule that need some late afternoons and early evenings
Location: This is an in person role based out of Atlanta, GA (Buckhead office)
Role Summary
 The Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and/or families under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations. 
 Associate Therapist Responsibilities<ul><li>
 Active, unrestricted license as a LACSW, LAMFT, or APC in GA</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy, or related field</li><li>
Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)</li><li>
Ability to work under clinical supervision toward full licensure</li><li>
Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms</li><li>
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.</li><li>
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings</li><li>
Preferred candidates will be able to see children, adolescents, and adults</li></ul>

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy, or related field</li><li>
Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)</li><li>
Ability to provide therapy independentlyComfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms</li><li>
Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.</li><li>
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings</li><li>
Preferred candidates will be able to see children, adolescents, and adults</li></ul>

Role Summary
The Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and/or families under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations.
Associate Therapist Responsibilities<ul><li>
Active, unrestricted license as a LACSW, LAMFT, or APC in GA</li><li>
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities</li><li>
Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals</li><li>
Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation</li><li>
Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week within a minimum of 20 hours of availability</li><li>
Preferred candidates will have multiple days of late afternoon/early evening availability</li><li>
Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies</li></ul>
