Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met and their potential is maximized.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.</li><li>Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.</li><li>Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.</li><li>Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.</li><li>Provide care ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored instructional strategies.</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience working in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques is essential.</li><li>Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus.</li><li>Background in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting can be advantageous.
