 Recruitment &amp; Talent Optimization

 Manage end-to-end recruitment to meet business needs.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize role requirements and improve hiring efficiency.

 Office Operations &amp; Administration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support daily office operations, including vendor coordination and basic procurement tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and resources.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Employee Engagement &amp; Activities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and organize team-building activities to enhance organizational cohesion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in initiatives to improve retention and overall employee satisfaction.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; HR experience
 
 , with hands-on recruitment exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices in Pakistan is preferred.
 </li>
