We are not looking for SEO theorists, we need someone who has ranked competitive websites and understands how SEO drives traffic, authority, and leads.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own end-to-end SEO strategy for multiple websites</li><li>Conduct technical SEO audits (indexing, crawlability, CWV)</li><li>Keyword research &amp; intent mapping for US/CA markets</li><li>Build topical authority through content &amp; internal linking</li><li>Design and execute white-hat backlink strategies</li><li>Create monthly &amp; weekly SEO roadmaps</li><li>Track performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush</li><li>Report progress based on rankings, traffic, authority &amp; leads</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven SEO success in US / Canada markets</li><li>Strong command of technical SEO &amp; on-page optimization</li><li>Experience across multiple niches (local + national)</li><li>Hands-on approach (this is not a people-management-only role)</li><li>Comfortable working with content teams and junior SEO resources</li></ul>Not a Fit If You:<ul><li>Only talk about &ldquo;best practices&rdquo; without execution</li><li>Have experience limited to local Pakistan SEO</li><li>Rely on blog volume instead of strategy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs260,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>SEO: 6 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are looking for a content strategist who understands SEO deeply, not just a writer who fills word counts.
