About the Role:We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used for B2B lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, analytical skills, and experience with CRM or lead databases.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Validate, clean, and enrich B2B lead data from multiple sources.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sharing with the sales or marketing team.</li><li>Identify and remove duplicate or invalid data entries.</li><li>Research and verify business information using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.</li><li>Maintain data quality standards and document data quality issues.</li><li>Collaborate with the lead generation and marketing teams to improve data quality and targeting.</li><li>Generate and maintain regular data quality reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Data Analytics, or IT).</li><li>2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / data research / data quality analysis.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data validation tools.</li><li>Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).</li><li>Familiarity with B2B data tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have min 2 years of experience as Quality analyst in B2B lead generation domain?</li><li>Are you an immediate joiner?</li></ul>
