Thisincludes pre-production planning, venue management, stage design, audiovisual (AV) setup,live streaming (if applicable), content coordination, speaker support, and post-eventbreakdown.Key components of the production include:&#61623; Event Planning &amp; Coordination: Developing a detailed production schedule,managing logistics, and coordinating with all stakeholders including speakers,vendors, and sponsors.&#61623; Venue Setup: Overseeing the physical setup including stage construction, seatingarrangements, registration areas, branding/signage, and networking zones.&#61623; Audiovisual Production: Designing and operating lighting, sound, video, andprojection systems to support keynote presentations, panels, workshops, andentertainment segments.&#61623; Live Streaming &amp; Recording: Managing live broadcasts for remote audiences andrecording sessions for post-event distribution.&#61623; Technical Support: Providing on-site technical assistance throughout the event toensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize disruptions.&#61623; Show Calling &amp; Stage Management: Directing the live flow of the program, cueingspeakers, managing transitions, and maintaining the overall energy and timing of theevent.A professionally managed conference production ensures not only a polished andprofessional experience for attendees, but also delivers lasting value through high-qualitycontent capture and brand presentation.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
