The Role</h3>
We're looking for a Marketing &amp; Content Strategist to lead and evolve our content system across social media, landing pages, and podcasts &mdash; with SEO and web content as secondary areas of focus.
Your mission: design AI-powered, scalable content systems that deliver high-impact assets across channels. You'll transform our brand into a growth flywheel that attracts, educates, and converts &mdash; with speed, creativity, and quality.

What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>
Content Strategy: Plan and manage rolling 30-day editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and brand priorities.</li><li>
AI Workflows: Use and train others on tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, and Clearscope to streamline research, drafting, and editing.</li><li>
Social &amp; Ads: Create mobile-first content such as reels, carousels, short-form scripts, and both paid and organic assets.</li><li>
Landing Pages: Build conversion-optimized page frameworks that support lead generation and campaign goals.</li><li>
Podcasts &amp; Video: Script and repurpose long-form thought leadership into reels, video snippets, and shareable clips.</li><li>
SEO &amp; Web Copy (Secondary): Support blog content, case studies, and partner website refreshes.</li><li>
Editorial Leadership: Build and enforce tone-of-voice guidelines, mentor writers/editors, and maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>
Reporting &amp; Metrics: Track key KPIs like reach, conversions, production speed, and editorial acceptance.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with PMs, designers, video producers, and Customer Success.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your First 90 Days</h3><ul><li>
Audit existing content and finalize new systems and frameworks.</li><li>
Launch the editorial calendar and briefing templates.</li><li>
Publish 40+ content assets across social, landing pages, and podcasts.</li><li>
Ship at least one complete internal or external podcast/video script.</li><li>

Proven experience in multi-channel content strategy, with a strong emphasis on social, landing pages, and podcasting.</li><li>
Excellent copywriting and scripting skills; you write like a human, not a template.</li><li>
Working knowledge of SEO and website content strategy.</li><li>
Confidence using and teaching AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization.</li><li>
Strong editorial leadership skills, including tone/voice development, playbooks, and mentoring.</li><li>
Excellent async communication and collaboration skills using tools like Notion, Asana, and Slack.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">

You&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for everything from Core Web Vitals optimization to lifecycle marketing automation, email deliverability, and compliance across multiple regions. Own Our Web Presence &ndash; Ship high-performing pages, microsites, and features; maintain Core Web Vitals at P75 (LCP &lt; 2.5s, CLS &lt; 0.1, INP &lt; 200ms).</li><li>
Technical Webmaster Ops &ndash; Manage hosting, CDN, DNS, SSL certificates, caching, redirects, backups, and restore tests; sustain 99.9% uptime and zero critical integration errors.</li><li>
Architect Lifecycle Automations &ndash; Build segmentation, triggers, and branching journeys (email/SMS/push/in-app) that drive conversions.</li><li>
Safeguard Sender Reputation &ndash; Implement and maintain DMARC/SPF/DKIM (p=reject), BIMI, list hygiene, consent logs, spam-trap audits; meet bulk-sender compliance requirements.</li><li>
Security &amp; Compliance &ndash; Maintain WAF, least-privilege access (SSO/MFA/RBAC), and patching cadence; ensure full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, AU Privacy Act, WCAG 2.2 AA, and related laws.</li><li>
Run a Testing Factory &ndash; Plan, execute, and templatize at least two significant experiments per month, sharing wins across teams.</li><li>
Enable the Team &ndash; Create templates and playbooks so marketers can launch campaigns in under 30 minutes.</li><li>
Client Website Audits &amp; Consultations &ndash; Review client partner websites to identify technical, performance, and UX opportunities; prepare actionable recommendations that improve site speed, security, SEO, accessibility, and conversion potential.</li><li>
Growth Positioning Advice &ndash; Provide strategic guidance to our clients partners on how to position their websites for better performance, higher engagement, and scalable growth, backed by data and best practices.</li></ul> 
You Must Have:<ul><li>
5+ years in technical webmaster, web operations, or growth engineering roles.</li><li>
Proven history of funnel improvements tied directly to revenue.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JS, Git, SQL, and rapid tool adoption.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in high-volume email deliverability ( 1M emails/month, spam complaints 0.1%).</li><li>
Deep familiarity with CMS, ESP, CRM, analytics platforms, and related integrations.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication, especially in creating usable documentation.</li></ul>
This Role Is NOT For You If:<ul><li>
You&rsquo;ve never managed site performance and Core Web Vitals targets.</li><li>
You haven&rsquo;t built or maintained complex lifecycle marketing automations.</li><li>
