Role Summary</b></h1><div>
We are hiring an experienced and structured HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes for a 60+ employee organization. The role includes Payroll, Compliance, HRMS (Keka), Employee Lifecycle, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and oversight of Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of independently managing HR with strong ownership.</div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h1><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle</b></h2><div>
Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, separations</div><div>
Ensure accurate HR documentation, employee files, and statutory records</div><div>
Manage attendance, leave, time-tracking and discipline adherence (9 AM&ndash;6 PM shift)</div><div>
Maintain and update employee data in HRMS</div><div>
Coordinate with Finance, IT, Admin for lifecycle processes</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Payroll &amp; Compliance</b></h2><div>
Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and timely closure</div><div>
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops &amp; Establishment Act</div><div>
Maintain statutory registers, compliance files, and audit-ready documentation</div><div>
Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, reconciliations, and audits</div><div>
Conduct regular HR audits for compliance and process checks</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HRMS Management (Keka Preferred)</b></h2><div>
Manage HRMS workflows: attendance, leave, approvals, regularizations</div><div>
Ensure accuracy of HRMS data across all modules</div><div>
Train employees and managers on HRMS usage and processes</div><div>
Identify gaps and drive HR automation to reduce manual tasks</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Talent Acquisition Oversight</b></h2><div>
Support sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure of key roles</div><div>
Manage recruitment agencies and control hiring costs</div><div>
Maintain hiring trackers, interview scorecards, and candidate MIS</div><div>
Strengthen employer branding on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms</div><div>
Share weekly hiring updates with management</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Employee Engagement, Culture &amp; Retention</b></h2><div>
Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities</div><div>
Conduct pulse surveys and feedback sessions</div><div>
Handle employee grievances with confidentiality and fairness</div><div>
Support retention initiatives and culture-building programs</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Performance Management</b></h2><div>
Manage annual appraisal cycles, mid-year reviews, and goal-setting</div><div>
Assist managers with KPI setting and performance documentation</div><div>
Track performance issues and support PIP implementation</div><div>
Maintain appraisal records and ensure timelines are followed</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HR Policies &amp; Process Improvement</b></h2><div>
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs</div><div>
Improve HR workflows through process re-engineering and automation</div><div>
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies</div><div>
Prepare HR dashboards and submit monthly HR reports</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Exit Management</b></h2><div>
Manage resignation workflow and notice period tracking</div><div>
Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit documentation</div><div>
Coordinate FnF settlements, clearance forms, IT/Asset handovers</div><div>
Prepare insights from exit trends to support retention</div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Candidate Profile</b></h1><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Must-Have Skills</b></h2><div>
Minimum 10 years experience in HR Operations (mandatory)</div><div>
Strong command of payroll, compliance, and labor laws</div><div>
Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka preferred)</div><div>
3&ndash;5 years exposure to Talent Acquisition</div><div>
Excellent communication, people-handling &amp; discipline enforcement</div><div>
High ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail</div><div>
Ability to manage HR independently in a fast-paced environment</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h2><div>
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources</div><div>
Experience managing HR Ops for 60&ndash;200 employees</div><div>
Background in manufacturing/export/e-commerce/fast-growing companies</div></div>
